All projects undertaken by Estrela Studio are governed by individual project agreements that outline:

3. Intellectual Property ✺

3.1 Client Materials

You retain all rights to materials you provide to us (logos, images, content, etc.). You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.

3.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables as specified in your project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) that are subject to their own licensing terms. We will inform you of any such requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Invoices are payable within 14 days
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Specific payment schedules may vary based on project scope and will be detailed in your project agreement.

5. Revisions and Changes ✺

Our project agreements typically include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees. We will always communicate any cost implications before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Copy or reproduce our content without permission

• Payment is due for all work completed to date
• Completed deliverables will be transferred upon payment

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
